Last known whereabouts: Steven was last seen by his mother Doris. They walked along the beach together from Marske to Saltburn in Redcar, North Yorkshire. Steven then went to use the public toilets on the Saltburn sea front. Doris did the same. When she emerged she waited for Steven but there was no sign of him.
